Cat 3 Loss

CAT 3 loss is a term that is used to describe a water loss that involves dirty water, also known as black water. This home unfortunately, experienced CAT 3 flooding in their basement. Due to the amount of water that as in their basement, the carpet in the before photo was not able to be saved due to the dirty water. the after photo shows when we pulled the carpet and after it was dried using our drying equipment. The customer was grateful for the knowledge our crews have and their ability to walk them through the process as working with insurance and any home loss can be traumatizing.
