Fire Damage

This Charlotte home suffered extensive fire damage. SERVPRO of Northwest Charlotte handled the mitigation work and the reconstruction work. This major fire was caused by a ad fridge with sparked and the garage was housing multiple propane tanks that blew up. The entire home had to be reconstructed.

We tore out all the damaged building materials and treated the entire house for soot and smoke damage. There was water damage cleanup also due to firefighting efforts. Thankfully, SERVPRO has proven procedures and products for every phase of a restoration project such as this. The after photo displays the result of the highly trained technicians on the job.
